Take a look at some of our previous puppies and their stories
Eugene
Eugene is my third Corgi as an adult (we had two others while I was growing up). For the most part, he and his older Corgi brother George are getting along just fine. Other than the usual feeding time arguments over a stray piece of food on the floor, they are really settling in together. Eugene was a birthday present to myself in April - turned the Big 5-0 - and he is the best gift I have ever received. A day does not go by that he doesn't make me laugh out loud at his cute antics. He is so full of puppy, and such a sweet little guy. Watch out, I might be back for more! Eugene lives in Chicago.
Squiggles
When I started researching corgis I instantly fell in love with them. I had been wanting to get another dog since my lab passed away and knew a corgi would be it. Squiggles was definitely the cutest puppy I had ever seen but he's even better as an adult. He has a huge personality that I have never witnessed in any other dog. He even inspired my series of 20 illustrations on corgis. Squiggles has been becoming a huge part of my life and I wouldn't trade him for anything.
Cherry
Cherry (Milkyweys Cherryblossom of Balletcor) is now living with the Balletcor Corgis in South Wales Pembrokeshire after her trip across the sea to Dublin, when she was just five months old. She arrived 24hours late after missing a connecting flight and was out in the show ring the next day. She then competed in five other shows along with the rest of the Balletcor kennel, as a baby puppy and took BEST BABY PUPPY IN BREED at them all. She has now started her show career in the U.K with some success. She has settled in with the rest of the kennel and gets on well with all the other dogs, especially the young dogs with whom she will be mated with she is two years old. She is growing well and likes her food and playing with toys and going out for walkies with the other dogs.

Allie is "THE QUEEN" of our life! Yes, she is spoiled but not rotten. Last summer we nick named her Helpful Hanna, cause she was always there to help. But then she graduated to Supervisor Sally. Every time we were outside working, we'd look around to see where she was and she'd be sitting under the tree watching what we were doing. Her favorite thing to do is ride in "HER" Jeep, which has the top off. She is buckled in for safety. Allie is by far the best dog we've ever had in our lives! Thank you so much for breeding/raising such great Corgis!

Cannoli
After losing our first corgi Fritz at the age of 13 years, I knew I wasn't going to last long without a dog in the house. Fritz suffered from both kidney disease and Degenerative Myopothy (DM). I didn't ever want to watch another dog go through DM. It is such a frustrating disease for such an active breed. Once I started researching, I figured out that breeders were starting to make an effort to breed DM out of their lines! Finding a responsible breeder in addition to finding one looking to breed out DM was of the utmost importance to me. Being a practicing Licensed Veterinary Technician, I see all kinds of careless breeders and it just breaks my heart.
After chatting with the owner of Pine Acre Corgis, I knew they were the right fit for us. Their dogs are members of their family, they live right in the house. They care deeply about the pups they produce, from a health aspect, temperament and to the homes they go to. I was put on the waiting list of families, and from there it was wait....
I was contacted the day the pups were born! We were so excited! We were looking for a male. I was sent two pictures of the males in the litter. From the moment I saw our little Cannoli's face, I knew he was the one! He has grown into an absolute wonderful young man. He is fun loving, easy going, has a huge heart and is so patient. We have a three year old boy and they are inseparable. We call them the twins. Whether it be watching tv, playing in the sprinkler, picking veggies out of the garden, reading books, digging in the sand or taking a bath, they're always together. Cannoli is a snuggler and a lover. He loves to curl up beside me on the couch, when he's not with his boy. Cannoli's other favorite past time is herding the chickens. Man does that pup have a drive to herd. He does it all on instinct, I've not taught him how. He will put the chickens away if they get loose! Because of his drive to herd, we take extra special care to keep him away from the horses. I can not say enough about how much I love my little Cannoli and how important of a member of our family he is to us.
